Hey guys, first of all, I'm new to the server and already shackled about your enthusiasm for your servers. That's why I already donated, since I know this hard kind of work (had my own FTB Ultimate Server with 100+ players), and I will do more if my wallet allows it But now I've got some questions about your configs before I get started making this tools. Are the enchantments Luck/Smelted stackable ? Some servers think that this combination is overpowered, so there is a possiblity to disable this synergy. (If I mine one Ore, it returns Ingots, and Luck make it possible to drop more) How to get to The End or the promised land on this Server, if it's even possible? is it allowed to use Ender-Thermic Pump in the Nether since it doesn't eat too much server-resources ? When/Do the Nether/End/Mining World/PL/Twilight Forest gets a reset ? Thanks for taking the time to answer my questions! Best regards AtroCty
We haven't changed anything with this, just try it in the singleplayer. Build/Find the portals. Yes, in the other worlds you can't place it. When the players/staff say it needs a reset.
Thanks for the answers. So they're stackable then, it's activated by default. Chunk Loader are disabled (stated in /banneditems ) But they're avaible for donators. (tier ranks) What kind of chunk loaders are allowed (also which tier requirement? It's not stated in the shop...) So a quarry in "The End" is not allowed as well ? (assuming this since pumps are only allowed in the nether) And since there is a mining world, pump is not allowed there as well ?
You can use the ChickenChunks as tier4. You can use the quarry in the end. Yep, you can use the pump only in the nether.
Okay, thanks for all your answers! I assume then QuarryPlus will be a target then since it has some pump functionality in it as well.
Afaik it is only the enderthermic pump that is restricted to the nether, the original BC pump is usable anywhere (should probably be disabled in the nether to force use of enderthermic pump instead, but would need to be usable in overworld or there would be no way to pump oilwells, which some people may still want for powergen) and a Quarry+ should be able to run with a Pump+ in any world that we allow quarrying just fine.
