Get rid of Cloud 9? Add another pack instead?

    Departed = AoA (focus mod)
    Cloud 9 contains AoA (more or less main mod)
    They are quite different but the "core" is the same/similar.

    My thoughts:
    Departed is build around AoA, (like the monthly packs they plan) but tinkers construct + iguana tweaks break the balance (like twilight forest and flight). While this might not be so bad in a big pack, it is with a pack that was designed around this one mod. Why would you break the core of something. (why replace the engine of a sports car with a weaker one to get more room)
    In cloud 9 AoA isn't the single focused mod, hence things that break its progression/concept feel not as bad. Even if compared directly the AoA progression/concept feels less broken in cloud 9, solely based on iguana tweaks.

    (I hope I didn't mix the name of the tinkers construct upgrade and level addon around)

    Why the hate for cloud 9? I mean it is boring once you reach endgame and if youre the only one on the server but it was fun to get to endhame as it was like a replacement for departed that worked alot better.

    May I suggest "The 1.7.10 Pack"? This is a pack on the Technic launcher and a few others.
    The only issue I've run into so far is that it may have a heavy toll on a server, as it has so many mods.
    I plan to make a thread about it in the right section when I'm home.

    P.S. - The pack contains HQM, although the quests aren't really progress related like the Agrarian Skies quests.

    The title suggests that another pack is added in place of another, why is it problem that I post a suggestion on this thread when others have as well?

    I personally am very against ancient warfare as it has stolen code from multiple other mods(3 that ive heard of, if you search through curse shouldn't be that hard to find), but the rest of this list seems pretty good.

    Doubt they stole code most minecraft mods are open source.
    Post a link of where a mod author accuses them and its true.

    If not i can say i dont like X mod because it stole code from Z mod...
