A player i play with was banned for duping spellbooks i logged in and went to do some deconstructing to my village and my spellbook was missing from my chest is it possible that whoever banned him removed my spell book if so can i have it back please.

Not reporting the dupe and profiting from it is what lead to their ban. I'm sorry you feel that you should profit from the actions of a duper/cheater.

I'm sorry that this affected you if you didn't know about the duping and had nothing to do with it. Unfortunately there are so many dupe bugs which we can't fix and banning the required items is not a solution. Therefor we need to strike hard to keep it from spreading far.
I did know about the dupe but i didnt know how so i didnt take spells from him unless i watched him make them
