Please keep in mind that if the packs are not applicable for a public server environment or require a lot of custom development they might not happen. Doing the research on - if they are applicable - takes multiple hours so this will happen after the vote. This means that even packs with less votes might be used. Another quick poll on what pack you would like to see a server from MineYourMind. Obscurity Banished TolkienCraft 2 TPPI 2 (still no GregTech) Bytesize Unabridged The Ferret Business The 1.7.10 Pack Mechanical Titan Void If you are not looking for a new pack, you don't need to vote
I would personally LOVE Tolkiencraft to be added. It's an amazing pack for the MyM community to try together and I'm sure @Krhymez Will agree with me here. Also @Slind Did you forget to add a poll? Or did you not want to?
Yes, TolkienCraft would be nice and Bytesize I have actually had a running one of before ( its nice and compact). Though I still want to see a new MyM custom pack happen at some point ( a MyM launcher exclusive kinda deal) ^_^.
like level = over 9001[DOUBLEPOST=1437092636][/DOUBLEPOST] all I can say is it isnt like the rest, totally different manner of use for the QB[DOUBLEPOST=1437092690][/DOUBLEPOST]@Slind would it be possible to add links to all of the packs(due to extreme laziness on my part)
my list of suggestions(in order): The Ferret Business Mechanical Titan Phoenix Reborn Clouds of Darkness Wanderlust Reloaded Ingenuity Industrial Revolution Phoenix Craft
TolkienCraft! Yes and No. I tried it on single player and it is an EXTREMELY adventure based pack; so I am not really sure how we could ensure the unique experience that the pack brings for anyone except for the first few players. It is super fun so I would love to see a server opened for it ^_^
Gotta agree here. Why turn Minecraft into a decent MMORPG when much better ones exist already and it takes away part of the original Minecraft gameplay. Kinda defeats the purpose.
Adventure mode was added to Minecraft in version 1.3; it was designed specifically so that players could experience user crafted custom maps and adventures. Gameplay is similar to survival mode but introduces various player restrictions, which can be applied to the game world by the creator of the map. This is so that players can obtain the required items and experience adventures in the way that the mapmaker intended. Another addition designed for custom maps is the command block; this block allows mapmakers to expand interactions with players through certain server commands. Sounds like Minecraft was built with RPG's in mind to me
