Done Ability to gain Rubber Tree Seeds

I'm looking into Electrical Age and it seems there is no way to get the Seeds from sifting in Ex Nihilo from the NEI

Electrical Age rubber comes from smelting tree resin. You get tree resin by placing a tree resin collector on an oak tree.

Ah good, that's not that apparent, could do with a quest for that
