I'm sorry for your Lost items, however I cannot at this time refund you. Unless others have similar issues or you can provide solid proof of your situation I do not know if what your saying is true. I don't know if my situation is exactly the same as newabcd's situation... but I have experienced the following twice now...I think some admin is screwing with me to be completely honest... So here is what has happened... I log into Monster + mining my own business, looking forward to an awesome few hours of Monster. Then out of no where I am falling.. and falling... and then splat I hit the ground... needless to say I don't walk away from the situation... I become an and spawn back at my home. Below is a screen print to show the chat...

So I just logged into Monster 2 this time to work on getting you data for the other issue and I have the exact same issue happen to me where I log in and drop from a high level, however fortunately I landed in water... this just happened so probably 5 min before this post...
