Hm looks like it doesn't like your Algorithms for SSL. Java changed the way SSL is handled in later 7 and all 8. Here is one users fix java - Minecraft with OpenJDK 7, I get "the trustAnchors parameter must be non-empty" - Ask Ubuntu

Soooo i cant delete anthing @ root.... If you can't delete it then I don't know how you can redownload it. It's still saying that it can't find or load a class.
I don't know where you tried to remove the .mineyourmind folder from, but it should be directly in your home directory and definetely be deletable without root perms. The only reason for root perms beeing required to delete that file is that you created it with root perms (and in that case you could also delete it yourself...)
@Sir will, i downloaded the launcher.....my mistake... @Xfel yes i used sudo (dont know why) @Slind you are great! That command deleted all. My download status is @ 800 remaining files. I really like linux but i dont know the commandline/terminal well.. Do you guys have any idea how to run it under linux? Or What the failure is about? @ moment i play on windows 7 but it has no driver for my ethernet controller (damm windows versions if i could i would delte windows from the wordl but thats another story)
So, I'm currently using it under Ubuntu 14.04 and it's working just fine. However, I have a different graphics card setup, and that one seems to be your issue. I quickly googled your error, and while I didn't find anything specific, there are multiple current and former bugs with fglrx and lwjgl and minecraft. All of them seem to evolve from the fact that fglrx behaves slightly different then other graphics card drivers. You could try to report the bug to the fglrx authors, but I fear we can't help you any further there.
