Hey i know this has been discussed before but the pump won't work in the bop world and i want to pump oil off it
@Administrator I think this is just an oversight as the bc pump is usable in the main overworld for pumping oil so there is no reason it shouldn't also be enabled in the BOP world.
To be honest it is mainly just a product of how our item restriction system works.. we ban an item globally and then we add something called an itemrestrict.bypass on a per dimension basis to override the ban in a specific dim, in all the modpacks we have ever had with Buildcraft we run into this situation were we forget that the BC pump is needed to pump oil so until someone points it out to us it gets banned by default as we don't want people trying to use it for pumping lava from the nether.
