The farmworlds have been generated as overworlds, so they should have all the features which are only available in the main world.

Infestation Remedies and Potions of Purity, mostly. And I'm fairly certain I can't increase an enchantment's level with nothing but experience.

Another dimension that could use periodic resets is Hoanna. All the resources that are needed to advance are found in the form of loot. Once an area is sucked dry, you need to move further out into Hoanna to find anything. The further out you go, the more irradiated you get, and the more likely you are to be killed in random world events. While this isn't much problem later on in EC3, it is rather problematic when all you have between you and an irradiated killzone is an MHS suit.

Why would there be no lava in the nether? on AS2 no one should ever be pumping out of the nether, crucibles are way too good for that

Their not as bad as chunkloading in terms of server load though, and just turn on vsync so you don't get huge fps drops, as it normally stabilizes FPS for just about everyone

Can the end on DW20 be at least 2 weeks before each reset? that's a bit often ._.

yhea, i agree, especially considering there's a public end farm in the GWW enderchest, (someone is using WWW for their quarry strangely enough) and that the end doesn't need to be purged by anyone so there is plenty of end resources
