Done Banned or disabled items

good afternoon all,

Could I humbly ask if the following items have been disabled from this modpack..?

Lava generator
ender quarry

I notice they are not listed on the in-game banned list but their NEI recipes are missing, so I would rather know before I attempt to gather materials to craft them only to find out I can't use them.

the pack maker disabled them, so their disabled
