Well the server just became super boring

 

Could HarvestMultiplier be set back a bit getting 100 wood from one tree just takes away from the survival aspect a bit

 

believe me that isnt much of a take away as that will only make you 2 walls which isnt enough to protect yourself

 

Okay I'm still very low teir just taming a few things I'll give my option again when I get more familiar with the game.

and why wher ther no poll for this? so ppl can vote? i want to play Ark but im not goinng to play on a pve. all i have build in your server is for pvp and its usles in a pve server. and i got ca 300 hour game time on mym ark.
so plz set it back to pvpve

 

There was no poll because i received all these requests from players leaving the server because they didn't like that it was pvp. protecting your base is great against the alpha dino's anyhow. If i get enough requests again then i'll look into splitting it up using the new server setting they allowed

 

And this was ppl that has bought the game? i thik it was ppl usig the free trile that did whine about the pvp

 

yes these were all received before the free weekend

 

I feel that's a lie since rebel, dizzy, joe, my friends and i are the only people that really play on it. I'd like to see these "Messages" in regards to them not liking the server being PvP[DOUBLEPOST=1441655020][/DOUBLEPOST]Also, if people are saying they are leaving because it's a PvP server, then why did the average player count drop from 7 to 2 after the change?

 

Im looking into a solution that will hopefully please both sides, and actually the player base has increased since the change

I find your tone here offensive and will have to ask you to change the tone. As i have already said i am looking into a solution for both players that want pvp and those that dont. You also need to remember that its a community server and we follow what the majority of the community wants, which at the time of the change was PvE, now that it has actually changed the rest want PvP back.

 

And as i said, I'd like to see where the community asked for it to be PvE, because the whole community is asking why it became PvE in the first place. As for my tone, it's the way I talk when I call people out in their lies. Until proof is presented as I did above, then there is no reason for you to claim a hold on the communities wishes

 

I'll give my option I'm a pve player but in all honesty I'd prefer pvp just to have the choice to have a battle with players and building a big Dino army to have a war and so on, I really hope down the line Studio Wildcard adds a toggle-able Pvp system kinda like the plugin used on the minecraft servers.

 

I prefer PvE... I'm a full PvE player. I actually hate PvP, with a passion.
