Done Grazynoob stole a bunch of stuff off me

guy seemed pretty cool. needed the gold from under my base ( i have it cleared out for renovation).
i trusted him to get the gold. When i turn around he is in my ME network.
things i know are missing:
Soul Sword (sharp V looting 3)
wisp spawner (broken)
wisp spawner (powered)
Crimson cleric spawner (powered)
bunch of thumb shards
I'm sure there is more.

 

This is a p2p issue, you trusted him, not the server's fault

 

Yup, as chugga said, this is a player to player issue. When you trust one guy, we cant do nothing.

Mouro is right, as it is a p2p issue, weather there is a ticket or not, nothing can and will be done :/

I meant he misatrributed stuff to you and i fixed his statement to be a little more gramatically correct

 

Because if someone needs help from a staff member he/she should write a ticket not posting it on forums.

But if you're supposed to use the ticket section for all support from staff then why have the support forums at all?

 

The support forums are great for getting help with stuff like crashes and bugs. (for exploitable bugs however we prefer this location: https://mineyourmind.net/forum/forums/private-bug-reports.189/)

Tickets are great for grief cases since they include the location where the ticket is made and they are private. If a player wrongly accuses somebody of griefing then it isn't on the forums for everybody to read. The location part is handy since some players forget to add this when they post their problems. (which is completely normal after finding out all your stuff is gone.)

I must add that this is my personal opinion about this. The most important part is that wherever you contact staff, either via the support forums, teamspeak, ingame or tickets, we will always try to help you.

 

I know that, i was asking @xSkyDevil what the support forums were for because he said that tickets were for support, i have the knowledge of what it's for
