This Is a test period remember to see if it does help the tps or not, we are trying to find ways of removing the lag on the pack and this is one of the tests needed to be done to find that way of removing lag
I hope you know that you DON'T need 5 big reactor turbines, and that you should be chunkloading a 3x3 chunk area around you, so this talk of "Not able to power my things" is a bunch of falsifications, seriously, you're complaining that you CAN'T overstate and make the tps worse than it would be otherwise, don't complain, seriously

check out other servers OH WAIT every other server has them banned.. unlike mym who tries to fix there issues.
As Benny has said before-hand... This is only a TESTING, let me repeat that a TESTING period, so please be patient while the staff figure out all and any issues that could very well be due to chunk loading things, and if it does make more lag than wanted, I would take a guess that the chunk per player limit be lowered or chunk loaders be gone all together.
