Done problem with the quest book

when i finished a quest on Salvage Operation Finding signs of life ( get 10 obsidian ) the rest of the quests that wer not finished yet from the Salvage Operation dissapeard and now it showes that it is finished even if there are more than 2 quests that it showees me
