Node 2 is down. Again. It's been down for over 2 hours. Do any of the admins watch the server status screen, or get alerts? How do I become an admin so I can restart the server myself?
Honestly, the tone and voice of your requests leave a lot to be desired. Our staff volunteers their time and resources. Such as I am currently at work, but will jump through several hoops to get this back up.
Looks like someone else got to it already and it's back up =). Quick post letting us know it's down helps as other staff see it and are able to help track down admins
What typically causes these "downed" servers? Is it a scripting issue on the launch/relaunch scripts, or something that has to be fixed in the world files each time?
Can really be any number of things. I know MrWiss has been clearing out things that get "stuck" on restart of the DW20 servers. I think the last couple I looked at the server was caught hanging on start up.
