Tekkit was my first modpack I ever played, and what got me into modded Minecraft in general. As soon as I finish typing this I'm going to go download it!

i want to play this so much but my laptop only works with the curse launcher. i still blame windows 10 for breaking all the other launchers ...... *logs into the dark trilogy*
im using the new mym launcher and it works on win 10.. (using 4k display so its all weird tho. hint hint slind )
im pretty sure its my laptop when windows 10 came along, i started getting less then 7 fps on regrowth, then i tried updating java, thinking that would fix it. NOPE. it broke every launcher, then i was offline for a couple months cause mc wouldnt work. i tried every launcher i knew. MyM, Technic, AT, FTB, Nothing worked then a couple weeks ago i tried the curse launcher, which i had forgotten about, and it works
Delete System32? But yeah as Adrian said you tried reinstalling Java? What version of Java are you using? Have you tried other versions?
sounds like there is a java arg set as environment variable which the curse launcher is ignoring. Take a look at: Done - Can't launch any modpacks | MineYourMind Community (razer software likes to do that)
actually it keeps saying "pixel format not accelerated" i looked into it, and its graphic drivers, and when i tried to update mine, it said that i don't meet the minimum requirements i still blame windows 10
I hosted a small but extremely active Tekkit Classic server a couple years ago. I'm pretty damn sure I'll have to play this!
