Staff what ar u doing???

i had a explosion in my base, that wiped it out of existance. i made a ticket to get the terrain reset so i can continue on the same location to start from scratch, a junior mod. come to have a look. he/she did not understand what i ment or what had happend. he/she called a mod the same story there. but he bumped my ticket up to admin. i waited for 4 houers to get a answer. and i sent a pm to bennyboy he logged off and did not answer me. then i sent a pm to sirwill that told me to make a private bug report i did that. but that was to get the explosion turnd off. he logged off.. no more answer. i then sent a pm to lucidthestick, he was pissed of and told me i sent spam and logged off. still no answer to my question. so i send a pm to matryoshika he was the only one that ansver me in a normal manner but belived i wanted a rollback. i told him i dont want a rollback but the terrain reset so i can contine on the same location. he then told me to make a new ticket for the terrain reset. i did, when i log on today a mod has closed my ticket do to he bumped the first one up to admin. so im confused. what is going on. do u not comunicate.

 

this has indeed taken a bit more time then it should in my opinion.
when i was co-admin it took me about 3 min to regen a chunk or two.
then again i have no idea what kinda pressure staff was under at the time..

 

i made a ticket and waited for over 4 houers..then i send a pm to 5 staff members total, over 2 houers. u told me to make a bug report as i did. and matryoshika told me to make a new ticket. lusid was the 3 i sent a pm to and get acused for spam and he logged off. its not spam to send 1 singel pm and the 2 other diden ever ansver me and logged off. so this is a staff issue.[DOUBLEPOST=1447341068][/DOUBLEPOST]but i know u dont like me. is it my name Rebelborn? what is the deal?

 

but they logged off. and closed my ticket. hove can i know if they dont ansver me? or they even se my pm? and the thing i lern from this is that u got a issue whit your staff members. and a comunicatiion probleml. i am calm and not angry in any way but when somone ask for somthing its normal to answer in a adult way somthing lucid did not do.

Stop spamming for support requests. If you have a ticker or forum thread that is the correct way to address an issue. Spamming multiple ways does not help you.

I am sorry, but we do not regenerate bases for anything except the very uttermost extreme grief-cases

Rebel, please understand that all staff members work with MyM voluntarily. Furthermore, a lot of staff are in different timezones, work, have school and partners/children to take care of.
Please be aware that we try our best.

From a moderator's perspective, this is probably how it went regarding the pm's....

They already read your ticket. They have seen someone replied to it. They know someone (in this case for instance, a senior mod) will take care of it, as they can not or are busy with other tickets.
*There are currently 16 tickets that people are working on, this doesn't include all the work outside of tickets or people asking for help in the server. To give you an idea.*

Now, as you can see in the member list (Meet our Staff | MineYourMind Community there are only FOUR senior moderators. FOUR. Three of those are in the US, which is a completely different timezone from you.

M1nn1on has replied to your ticket only 2 hours ago, assigning it to the appropriate staff members for you. Now you just have to wait for one of those four members to get online to regenerate the area for you.
(Moderators and Jr.mod's can not regenerate an area)

By the looks of things Lucid was well aware of your private messages to other staff members and reacted accordingly. Spamming staff members will not help you. In fact, most of the time it makes things WORSE.

and yes i know its plenty to do for the staff, but the poor attitude is not nessecary.

 

There is no attitude at all Rebel, I am only trying to make you see our point of view. We get a lot of private messages from people and we can't really do much for them through private messaging. Tickets are always your best option, because then it gets sent to the appropriate staff members.
If we're all working through each other it gets a bit chaotic. If everything is in one place and staff can see/read exactly who is on it, a lot easier.


18 Europeans and 36 Americans is a bit unbalanced at the moment I agree, but there's still 18 of us I'll do my best to count for 19 people!

 

i have to say the staff on mym are 100 times better then most severs and yes it may take a while for them to respond to your ticket so what your not the only person on mym look at infinty that has on average about 100 to 200 people on the 4 severs plus all other packs be patient it will get sorted but its not eh end of the world

i then tryed to get hold of lucid in a polite way but the answer i get is not polite.
matryoshika was the only one that bother to ansver me and told me to make a ticket. i had a ticket and closet it and made a new one sence it was the impresion i got from him..
