Staff what ar u doing???

    Look I'm just throwing my opinion out there, from what I have read the whole issue is YOUR impatience. You need to understand No One, I mean NO ONE is giving you a "mean attitude" towards your issue. On the staffs profiles it says not to PM them with your issues, merely to create a forums post and/or ticket on the situation you are having. You have been told by a few members to do so, of which you have. Sassa has also informed you that the ticket was assigned to the correct staff members and it will be taken care of when one is free, which brings up another issue that Sassa has told you. There are only 4 Senior moderators, four people to do a job... While to many it may seem like a easy cut job, its not. Majority of Senior Moderator staff are from the US, alot of them are in completely different time zone to you, making it hard for them to get work done properly.

    All the staff have asked you to do (WITHOUT any attitude) is to create a forum post/ticket and wait. You have done 1 out of these things. You have waited, yes, but not long enough. Please be patient with the staff and not accuse them of being in a sour mood towards you.

    i have to agree with itsnoah to be honest just wait for a bit and dont send pms about this type of stuff to staff

    Let me see as to make sure I understand what you were originally asking for:
    1. You built something cool (Draconic Reactor)
    2. You did not know what you were doing. (As the reactor Blew up)
    3. You would like the area returned to Factory Default (Regenerated, Not rolled back) so you can continue to play in that same area?

    Curious, Why does the area need to be regenerated for you to continue playing? Is there some sort of effect that is causing you to continuously die, or is it just that you no longer like how the area looks and want staff to change it for you?

    me and dizzy is bulding a base ther. and i dont want to play away from my brother.

    1. yes i build a draconic reactor

    2. i got it to work perfect in singelplayer so i tought it would work on the server to. but i may have overlooked somthing i dont know what whent wrong this time. in sp i got it to make 500k rf/t

    3. yes i only asked for a regen not a rollback. and the reactor wiped the moste of the mounten. if i was to build the terrain back my self then i cant do anything for a weak or so.

    so i think u ar on track ther. and i liked the area its perfect and i will rebuil the base[DOUBLEPOST=1447368065][/DOUBLEPOST]

    Currently I'm home from work. I just ate some BBQ (yum!). Looking over the forums, tickets, and slack.
    Now I'm headed off to go work on my house making it ready to rent or sell.

    This isn't meant to sound mean but I don't think the area should be regenerated just so you can build your home after blowing the landscape up because of not doing research about dragon power •-•

    Just an opinion not anything that's going to affect the outcome of this situation.

    well i didnt know they were that explosive
    also give them a bit of time and they will sort it the mods / admins and the other staff are awesome on this sever[DOUBLEPOST=1447407271][/DOUBLEPOST]what do u mean 1/8 why are is this enabled on the sever that could be used for geifing

    While the majority of us admin staff do tend to know a fair bit about each of the mods in the modpacks we support we can't be expected to know about every single thing.. the simple fact is that it was enabled because we didn't know about it as none of us had experimented with the draconic reactor yet, as soon as we found out we disabled the big explosion option in the config so this won't happen again, now if a draconic reactor explodes it will only do damage to itself and a very small area around it.

    @Rebelborn just FYI we have an Chat button at the top of the page that links into our public Slack which you can reach us in if you have a really pressing matter, we would have preferred it infinitely more if you had contacted us through that instead of PM'ing a bunch of different staff members.

    In case it hasn't been made clear enough already, we HATE it when players start pestering us about their issues via forum PM, that is not what the PM system is for, that is what the ticket system is for.. if you aren't willing to wait patiently for your tickets to be responded to like everyone else then that is your own problem, not a problem with the way we operate, sure it might not be ideal that tickets can sometimes take as much as a day for someone to be able to respond to them properly, but please do remember that none of us are paid to do this job, in fact unlike most minecraft networks we don't even allow our staff to use any of our staff powers for our own purposes (staff who aren't tier 4 aren't allowed to use /fly unless it is to handle a ticket etc) so really you should be grateful that we even have as many great staff as we do, happy to put in time and effort to keep this network running simply because they want to out of the goodness of their hearts.

    I looked at all the tickets you have made and you closed them all. No staff member closed the ticket, you closed the tickets. Please be mindful and don't close your ticket in the future, if the ticket gets closed by the player then we assume that the issue has been fixed and no longer look into it. Same with a forum post. If the forum post says "Done" then we figure it is finished and that our help is no longer needed on that issue. I understand how awful it is to lose an item or area you play on or with but some things take time. We are all doing our best to serve the player base but remember, we are people and not machines. We can't do everything at once to make everyone happy.

    yes i closed the first one. and made a new one as i got told by another staf member. but it got closed by Draven_Luv.

    I see that but once you post on the ticket again, it reopens it. I missed that part.
