Done staff of power when i hover over it i crash

    on infinity normal 1 i keep crashing when i hover over my staff of power (when i click E) that is in my hotbar. i cant figure out why this is happening at all since i can do anything i want with the weapon but as soon as i hover over it in my inventory i crash.

    dont know if this would affect anything but i got a soulbound book on it, sharpeness 5 on it, reaper 5, looting 3, silktouch and its called Fish Scepter

    No I didn't since I can play and the game loads perfectly fine but that item just crashes when I hover over it

    But I will give it a go

    Looks like an bug from draconic evolution

    so is there anything that can be done as of right now or do i have to wait for an update?

    got the item in a chest atleast though

    Does this happen to everyone who has the staff of power? I didn't notice anything yesterday.

    Not to sure dizzy haven't tested it out as not a lot of people have them
    But if u don't crash does yours have any enchants or anything like that

    i have reaper V. fortune III, looting IV, soulbound I, silk touch.
    i was just on the server and had no issue with it.

    I will test it in single player when I get home from school

    And dizzy did u go over the staff of power when you are in your inventory?

    i accidentaly shift clicked it into the ME, then i shift clicked it out again. then i dragged it to my hotbar to its usual spot:)

    just tested once more to be sure. i can hover over it. hold shift for info on it and drag it around.

    hm ok because i couldnt go over it with my mouse at all without crashing so i placed it into a chest with a hopper because i kept going over it accidently and crashing.

    might be my actual staff then and its somehow glitched

    If naming them bugs them is there a way to get rid of the name so it's debugged

    Because I don't want to make another one those are not cheap

    Not sure how we could remove the name but I don't have any issues with your staff of power.
    Edit: nvm, I could find out how to remove the name. It does have the default name now ;)

    The same thing happens to me with the Pickaxe of the Wyvern. When I try to craft it in my ME System the game crashes.

    hm i still crash when i tried to pick the staff out of the chest

    starting to test out some stuff with @DizzyRonson with the staff and i crashed but he was fine.
    then i took his to see if it was my staff and i still crashed when i took his.
    and then i empyed my inventory and went to see if it was another item that caused it to bug out but i still crashed. then i deleated my infinity folder and that seems to fix it. thanks for all the help
