FTB Ultimate Has Been Dethroned

The 1.4.7 pack FTB Ultimate was my favorite pack of all time... Yes "WAS", with the release of FTB Infinity Evolved, i feel the king of packs has been dethroned.

Sure GT in that pack was amazing but it has nothing on Immersive Engineering. The tweaks in evolved make cross mod play amazing. Having to make machines, to make a machines, to make an item needed to craft "something" just feels right. I actually felt like i accomplished something when i got my first TiCon Hammer.

Also i love that they DISABLED all lava using power systems.

Soon i will start playing it on the servers, i been testing and playing in a solo world for a while.

 

i agree, however the lava gen hurt my feelings D: no matter, if i ever start ill duplicate my power system on ferret, 128 wind turbines + 6 advanced solar gens (if mek isnt on there, my feelings will be hurt even more)

 

You will be looking toward Immersive engineering for power, there are some cool machines.
Also the EI wiring can run both EU and RF.

Not to mention you can make Creative items like tanks, energy cells, mana pools, jetpacks... the list goes on, BUT those are extremely hard to make and could take 100s of hours.

I would enjoy watching you climb your way up the the creative items... =P

ah so THATS where bookers been hiding, saw him on ferret the other day, and i noticed a significant drop in the level of creepiness around here...

Weeeell... You need 4 creative cells to make the tank. You need 1 tank to make the creative mana pool. We want a mana pool, a /few/ tanks, and 1-2 cells feeding our T7 DE energy storage

 

The mana pool is like inf power though, and dungeon loots, cuz of the mana to rf block things and the loonium

 

Actually, the mana->RF block is removed, aaaand the loonium is disabled, on IE >_<
