Done Cannot connect to ark server

heyo. when i try to connect to the ark server i get "connection timeout"
it happens everytime, and i tried restarting the game, and the pc itself a few times.
i also removed my saved paintings since i had some custom ones made outside the game..

i had rebel empty my inventory and make steaks of my body but it didnt help either..
(steaks was tasty says rebel, tender with a nice wild aroma.. could have used more pepper tho)

my ping is good and my connection in general is good so its not that:/

i was able to login to the server for about 3min before both me and rebel dropped due to "timeout" since then only he can log back in..

so anyone have any ideas?

 

Same thing happened to the Civ test server, but its fine now.

 

I'm still getting the connection timed out error. :/

 

Server shows as online, and theres a player on it.
