People generally learn this from me, because i was here when @chaosblad3 ruled about it, if required, tell them the caveats, aka, you need to have made it before, esp. in case of thaumic tinkering when handling ichor.... there's caveats to the 75% thing, aka, you should have made it before, not have ALMOST made it in essence, unless you've progressed past it and could make it but are too lazy, then you can buy, it's hard to explain, but chaos, you can explain it better
ye this is what im saying people are getting confused at this rule and it is very unclear on this rule even alot of mods are unsure whitch is why im suggesting it is put in the rule to explain in detail that will also take away any exccuse for rule breaking this is a very confusing topic that is why i have made the suggestion and hi chugga
