Is it disabled by the pack creator or the server? If by the server, what was the reason? I ask because i have Bloodmoons enabled on Civilization, but i reduced the spawn to just 2x then normal spawn.
Disabled by the server. It was disabled due on request due to server strain while it is on. We will see how it goes on civ.
On the old hubris server, I set the spawn multiplier to 2x, just as Krhymez has done on Civ as well, as well as setting BloodMoonSpawnSpeed=1, along with B:BloodmoonVanish=true. Whilst Bloodmoon mob-spawns are a bit excessive, I noticed that the 10k+ loose items in the world (from mobs dying in sunlight) were the bad guys in the whole drama, which is fixed with the "mobs vanish at dawn" bool. After that, we could play on Hubris during blood-moons without loosing too much of the server resources.
Bloodmoons are necessary for a few of the items in the pack. Nothing game changing, but it's nice to have them, but only if it isn't a strain on the server.
Done; 5% chance of happening, Spawn-speed set to half, Spawn-limit set to 2x of vanilla & Mobs vanish at dawn.
Thank you very much, I'll let you know if we run into any performance issues or if it doesn't seem to be spawning.
