Civilization modpack even with Optifine (lowest settings), Fastcraft, most of Voxel mods removed and 3 GB allocated still has poor performance. I think that before adding any other mods it would be good to decrease load on computer because situation when new update of modpack will make it completely unplayable for some players that are able to play it now may occur.

Whats your average FPS and do other players have the same issue?

Currently, I allocated 3 gb of RAM on my macbook air and it runs smoothly at around 50 - 60 fps (Without optifine, With Fastcraft) until I hit something laggy like lava when mining/going to the nether and it drops to 30 - 40 fps (This is one medium settings (eg. Particles: Decreased, etc.)
On the lowest possible settings, it runs at 60 - 70 fps no matter what even when theres extremely laggy objects my computer is trying to render

That sounds normal, I don't think you get better performance with other modpacks.

Yeah I get worse in Thaumic Skies but it's probably because I have a laggy base

15-20 FPS and I didn't ask other players.

Still it could be quite awkward if someone(maybe me) had to be inactive after being on the server because of modpack update requiring even more RAM and better GPU/CPU.

Well this pack is for the more chunky computers, like I he 5GB allocated up to a max of 8GB and I get between 40 an 100fps so

If your computers on 8GB of RAM your always going to struggle to play a 100 mod modpack. Like I remember before I upgraded that Infinity used to run at 2 FPS with 8GB of RAM XD[DOUBLEPOST=1451916604][/DOUBLEPOST]Also when @Krhymez took out Mo creatures and Creative Spawner he replaced them with other mods thus meaning more objects in NEI

Not much was added to NEI, just some dog spawn eggs.

If you lag in NEI you might want to edit your Mekanism config.
    Code:
    B:PrefilledPortableTanks=false
    Make sure thats false.
When i update the pack, i will work on removing all the unessisary items from NEI, I already removed most of them, Like ExU drums and micro blocks. I will try to add open block tanks and other items also.

If you have a notebook with graphics card make sure java is using the graphics card and not running it off the cpu.

I can't run mod packs for crap, or even Minecraft. I have to use Optifine, with the lowest settings with about everything and I get about 20-30 FPS on 90% of modpacks and Vanilla Minecraft. I use a laptop that has 8gb of ram (it used to have 4gb) and I only have 128 MB of dedicated video ram... When I use Can You RUN It | Can I run that game | Game system requirements it says my CPU is lacking, 2.6 GHz is minimum, when i have 2.2 GHz.

Its way past 2005, try 2013/2014 (couldn't find it exactly.) Its a Gateway NE56R41U. I bought it for $22 with a cracked screen that the display just shows blue/red/purple and other colored lines/shades. I use it as if it was a PC (external mouse, keyboard, monitor, etc.) I haven't had crap with it (had for like 4 months) till today when the fan was messed up. I took it apart, cleaned up the fan and where the fan blows, works as it did when I first got it. Took like 2 hours first time cleaning the fan (had to take motherboard and basically everything else off.)

Edit: I'm looking into some gaming PCs under $600 and it looks like I might get:
    CyberPowerPC Gamer Ultra Desktop - AMD FX-Series - 8GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive Black GUA530 - Best Buy
    or
CyberPowerPC Gamer Xtreme Desktop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive White GXI9800B - Best Buy

The 2nd one (CyberPowerPC - Gamer Xtreme Desktop) is looking better, any suggestions on something I should buy rather than these 2?
Looked at those graphics, showing the AMD is better....

There was an Update on Curse and MyM yesterday.
It should fix lag when looking in your inventory.

Had a quick scan of your txt file, correct me if I'm wrong but as far as i saw you only have the intel hd3000 graphics, i'd guess that is the cause of the low fps in general, I have a laptop with a hybrid system of intel hd4000 and a reasonably decent radeon and it really fails when minecraft decides it wants to use the intel.
