I really enjoy the server, but my fps is bad. Usually it's around 10-14 FPS. Below I've posted the Thread Dump and Sampler from VisualVM. Please help me get my FPS up. Thanks.

I can't even view that snapshot, how can you consider it a picture if there's no picture?

Have you tried setting your render distance low, Fancy/Fast to Fast, particles to minimal, etcetera?

    What launcher are you using?

If you are using Curse, then add Fastcraft.
This is already the settings by default in the pack, i cleaned up all of NEI to help reduce inventory lag.

there is nothing outstanding in the nps. If your laptop has a graphics card please make sure the game is using it. By default java is running of the cpu and not the graphics card.

It was not in the settings. I had to change it.

Thats odd, 1.2.5 was the version i changed all the NEI settings,
We currently are in 1.2.6. Maybe a force update would fix it.

you could try using optifine, OptiFine 1.7.10 HD U C1 or OptiFine 1.7.10 HD C1 ,will work fine with this and most other 1.7.10 packs

I disagree. Without Optifine I nearly wouldn't even start this modpack. Only issues that it may possibly cause are invisible blocks (not a big deal really).

Even the people who make optifine say it shouldnt be used with large packs

Fastcraft is the way to go.
You can also try this: Overview - CoFHTweaks - Mods - Projects - Minecraft CurseForge

Optifine has Rendering issues with some mods. It may not always cause issues. But some people do have trouble.
The Optifine mod is for Vanilla minecraft, its not "coded" for modded.
