So because I crash everytime i try to log in the bteam servers , i have to get in from the lobby . but now this shows up ? http://i.imgur.com/uqKIVhw.png . can i get whitelisted for the lobby please ? cause theres no other way for me to log in the servers
The blue banner on the top of the forumpage should awnser all questions? Apparently all servers are down.
A time estimate window would be great. 5min-2h? 1-3 days? Direct IP, indirect (for the server I play on) and lobby all show up as online. servers even have some people on. But upon trying to connect, it times out. Is this intended?
Having the same issue with DW20. Lobby up, people on server, I'm getting timeouts. Assuming its related to maintenance .. would be nice to know for sure ... Update: according to info from Slack, if you look at the stats page for server status, if there is a time in the heartbeat column, its been that long since the server responded. If its down, it cannot respond. So what we are seeing with the numbers of users playing on a system with a heartbeat time, is a server that is down and the number of user that were playing. Bottom line: once the heartbeat is ZERO, the server should really be up again and the timeouts will stop.
