If I break someone's grave and the grave have Angel Ring or any flying item (but not Leadstone Jetpack) is that bannable?

I recommend you don't link infectious sites in your posts.

 

Most MyM servers have it so griefing isnt allowed, so unless the server specifically says that griefing is allowed then yes its bannable to steal anything from somebodies grave.

 

On top of it being against one of the universal rules here that's just straight up mean

 

Unless your Playing on Civilization, this is griefing.
