I was thinking of something. In order to make the pack a little more fair to the new players who might not want to PvP right away, add a Soulbound book to the token shop. If it's cheap enough, new players can protect their most important items from being stolen so they can actually progress. If it's expensive enough, it will discourage them from buying it in mass.
As a new player, it might be better to head into the farmworld first. Gather some supplies. Then use /spawn, at spawn there are 4 warps. North, East, South, West.... Locate directly out side the main spawn building. Look of the Grey, yellow and white market stall. Just right click one of the signs, and it will bring you to a location 1500 blocks from spawn. From there find a nice chunk to settle in and start farming.
