So I have several issues with the inventory panels storage system that I had recently made
    It consists of:
Several compacting chests for ingots, redstone, lapis, etc.
Several 1 by 1 drawers for: Overloaded stuff such as dirt, cobble, junk blocks, etc.
    16 diamond chests

I was told that the inventory panels do have bugs with the drawers - johnfg16 said that he had put copper in the returning area to put his stuff back and then it dissappeared completely from his system then came back to his crafting area several minutes later when he had repeatedly relogged from the server.

Now, similar thing happened to me but I was using the diamond chests - I had placed some redstone conductance coils from TE into my system(which should automatically filter into the diamond chests as I had none of the redstone conductance coils labelled in the drawers) and it dissappeared completely until a day later when I had broke my Inventory Panel and placed it back and some several relogging. Could it be that the conduits pass over a chunk?

The issue is the panel itself, with many issues posted to github. They are...
    1. Not showing the full inventory
    2. Placing items into incorrect inventories
    3. Eating items

Yes those are all the problems I have faced - Need a reply from @Kryhmez on thoughts of possible alternative mods to this

It seems that the Inv. panel doesn't always like to register what is in the connected inventories. Breaking and replacing "should" update it to show the correct items.

    Post your Issues here

Lets see if we can get them fixed.

What alternative mods do you mean?
The pack already has a lot of storage systems.

Yeah but a storage system that works similar to AE possibly that isn't buggy as hell like the inventory panels?
Like being able to shift click to craft
Organize item neatly in one place
Organize them by different types - item id, in a group of mods, alphabetical, number of item, etc.
Being able to just craft alot of item at the same time (Inventory panel barely does this - you have to keep on repeatedly pressing shift click on the right side of the crafting grid)

Maybe it could be that this storage system is going to be extremely expensive and endgame? Like the ender quarry...[DOUBLEPOST=1452658183][/DOUBLEPOST]Also, breaking and placing them doesn't ALWAYS fix the issue - sometimes it gets worse and doesn't even detect my clump of drawers

Nope I'm trying to search for one (Btw on a side note: check the ticket I just made it's about ender quarries being banned in the farm world)

Project Red Transportation is in the pack. Also Refined Relocation that has auto sort barrels and chests.

And no to Logistic pipes, that would require buildcraft.

well, there is Automagy's Inventarium & Requisition Tome. (thaumcraft addon)
Inventarium = Shows all items in any inventory within a certain range.
Requisition-Tome = Adds the possibility of actively requesting items from the Inventarium, using Golems
GUI is pretty much the same format as AE, though a bit more "magic-y".
The whole system requires some ground-work though, and a lot of researching.

I am talking to the mod author to see what we can do to test/fix the issue. Until that time we have to wait.
