You need to vote in order to gain tokens which later can be turned into claim blocks. You are also able to buy claim blocks using mym's (our in game currency). The command for that is /buyclaimblocks (number of blocks) ...so command would look like this /buyclaimblocks 500 if I were buying 500 blocks - costing you 500 mym's.
