Done Internal Server Error upon entering server

    Im getting this error whenever i try to join the server, not quite sure what might be causing it but i think it might be something that is in the nether as that is where my character seems to be during the split second that i can see. My latest crash log from when this happened can be found below.

    The magnet in ur inventoey is trying to pick up a blacklisted item (Tinkers tool prehaps)
