I had john put them together at the time not knowing they were banned and they did did not crash me when in my inventory

Hacking is the gaining of access(wanted or unwanted) to a computer and viewing, copying, or creating data(leaving a trace) without the intention of destroying data or maliciously harming the computer.

This represents the Good Guys most of the time for they are the ones who search for these exploits to prevent crackers use a method called cracking(opposite of hacking).

Hacking and hackers are commonly mistaken to be the bad guys most of the time. Crackers are the ones who screw things over as far as creating virus, cracks, spyware, and destroying data.

You were previously a staff member, regardless on how you left our staff team, you should have known better than to do everything that you had done. One offense costed you 2 days, the other was 2 weeks, but you continued to dig yourself into an even bigger whole. Everything that happened was on you. I don't know if this is appropriate to say, but it just seems like you're sorry you got caught, instead of being sorry for all of the actions that you had done.

Hacking is act of modify, re-configure or re-program something to enhance, alter or disable a program/routine.

You modify the client so you have access to something not everyone knows about. You had been warned several times prior to the ban. Even I had a little chat with jhon and you on public chat about said items, even a mod agree with me on said convo, but you defended the position of "doing something that khrymez said", the argument that your friend was using.

(btw, as a personal tip. Never use Urban Dictionary to back something you say)

The ONLY way you could have acquired those items would be to modify the configs on your client. Plain and simple. If you feel that their is another way, that you can prove it, please tell us. As it stands what you did is beyond question, and it is on you to prove you did not. Sorry about that, but that is the way it is. Also, please post it in the private bug reports and not publically.

And as to referring to it as hacking... I'm going to have to go with a third party companies definition here. I'm sure you have heard of steam?

The initial report of it all had not ever even mentioned the word "hack". As clearly shown in Lucid's image link the ban had been for "bypass of server restrictions/client file modification".

Even then, this is honestly not what it is about any more. It's more so on the fact that you, Bossly, are not open to opinion or any judgement. This has been more than clear to me as you were a staff member and even now as a player. Since you like to throw around that you're "ex staff" you should know better than the next player that something like that would get you in trouble. You should know the effort and amount of communication between staff that goes into banning someone, especially in a delicate case as this. You should also know that for the most part, no matter what, a player who has done wrong against the rules is going to end up being banned. We cannot simply excuse one player from rules that apply to all players!

The fact that you came in with a ban appeal that was simply just yelling that you did nothing wrong and that you should be unbanned. Even when shown proof and with extensive talk over your recent behavior you still are unable to see what you did. This all could have been solved, done and over with in days if you had just tried to accept what you've done, talked through it with the managers and came to a grounded conclusion. Your blatant words against Lucid and in general towards staff really aren't doing any good in any way.

This has nothing to do with you as a person, but you as a player here on MyM. This whole entire past week has been just more and more attention being given to you when everyone could be honestly doing better things with their time. Creating disturbance not only within staff but as well as the community. Why should a player who is clearly just trying to cause trouble be let around a friendly community?

As Joice has mentioned, it is exactly how this is. You go from being defensive, to accusatory, to all of a sudden sorry. This already has happened in public slack the other day and it seems like it got stuck on repeat and was brought here.

At this time I cannot see you being honestly sorry and regretful of the actions you have taken forth. You should take the time of your ban to think over this whole entire situation, come back on a clear head when you still are able to.

ill give you honesty the honest fact is that if the items were received they would have to be allowed via server configs. server config files overrule any client configs so to do this you files must have been wrong
