As @SanndyTheManndy already mentioned, that's a client side issue. Restarting does fix it in the most cases otherwise a reinstall does.

Why do you have 1.7.10 minechem in your mods folder? Does it show the pixelmon in the main menu under "Mods"?

You should be fine again. Issue was caused by a Screen Controller + Mekanism Energy.
That's a well known crash in 1.6.4. Nothing we or you can do about it.
Should be no longer useable in that world after the next server restart.
