Implemented Commands /cofh

    Not sure, what happend but since update we dont have perms to use any of /cofh commands. especial those needed for tesseracts and strongboxes. Thx

    Seems that it is a bug in the mod. I added a hotfix for it, you should be able to run /cofh friend now.
