Questbook has no quests in it. IIRC, it was working earlier today or yesterday, but as of right now there is no quests showing at all.

I have the tools and toolsplus kits, i was wondering if I could change the tools kit to the mobdrops kit
You probably shouldn't re-enchant it as the enchantment doesn't work and it may be the reason you are taking damage.
