Which server?
Could it just be crashing your client? Can you post a crash log if that's the case or a game log if not?
Can you provide the approximate time/date when this happened? Helps locate it in logs.

Why was this marked as done? That recipe is required and should be working. Was this titan mode or normal?
The only way it can is if it was asked to be merged

We could also add the recipes from OZ2 as they are pretty balanced.
