That was what i suspected at first too but if you relog the world looks like it should again, im not exactly sure what is causing it

no but you can change code and have mods that tweak other mod settings which jaded'stweaks might do. Please test it on single player then report back

it fluctuates because on horizons there isnt a creative tank so we had to go and do it a different way
