Sometimes the grave spawns around where you died...not exactly on it. Try searching around a little more.

One spike of 60 ish won't have any issues. Ae crafting can push the numbers up if the announcement runs during it.
The countdown is there to give a warning so you aren't caught unaware. Please be mindful of it and in the future not perform any important action...

I've never heard of this, let alone on this pack.
This happens on the Project Ozone server as well. Seems to be mostly after a crash. I could never find the source of it.
