There is a crafting recipe called "SirWilli Lava Tank" that is an infinite lava source. It requires a pump and tank I believe.
It has been reduced to 1 chunk. I recommend splitting it into Spot Loaders and placing those in the chunks needed (up to 9)
Also if it's the farm world on Inf just close out of minecraft and re launch it
