looks like your running a resource pack [12:20:10] [Client thread/INFO]: Caught error stitching, removing all assigned resourcepacks...
and if the chunk loaders are inactive if a player is offline there is no need for staff to take the time to make this feature and can focus on...
also u know becoming a mod you are a mod for the whole network not just CL :)

do you have anything pluged into your computer like razor stuff or controllers?
and all of your drivers windows updates and java version is uptodate?
