No idea for what the nether is needed if it only has the fortress but I will look in it.
The owner of the area should make a post here to verify it. Then a @Co-Administrator can regen the area.

The market got cleared few days ago so there got not many items sold. I assume this is the issue.
Hm, the progression was disabled. Seems that we forgot to disable it again with the last update. It's disabled again so reset no longer needed.
Have the players reconnected? Sometimes the items are invisible and they need to relog or sort the inventory.
Then you are at a other location, try to make a portal near the spawn (but don't create a open 1x1 hole)

It's not disabled. The issue was that you spawned in a bedrock portal so you got directly teleported back.
We no longer have a monster server.

Make sure to have the correct modpack version too.
I can't find an dolly in your inventory.
I think we need to disable hardcore ender expansion until it get updated to a stable version.
