I'm making this ban apeal for my friend, because he can't join the forums when he is banned (/forumtag)

yes it is. if he read the register page he can join auth.mym.li to get his forum tag

 

Please re-read this, and direct your friend to re-read it as well. Ban appeals will only be handled in the ban-appeal forum, as such this thread is now locked.
