On-hold Compostables

There are some items in Agrarian Skies 2 that seem like they should be compostable, but aren't.

Basil: Even if it's 1% a piece (Need more than a full stack!) it would at least give people SOMETHING to do with the junk.

Pam's fish: Raw fish and cooked fish from Minecraft can be composted, and some of Pam's fish cook into Cooked Fish, but they cannot be composted while they're raw. Furthermore, the Octopus, Jellyfish, and Salmon do NOT cook into cooked fish.

If anybody else has ideas on what to add to the list, post 'em here
