Done Connection Issues

I am posting here because I requested assistance on the Slack page but have yet to receive a response. It is not an urgent matter, but I would like to get to the bottom of my connection issues and resume playing smoothly. To whom it may concern, please view the slack page for the details of my issues. Are you using any special items etc in minecraft cause it seems it disconnects you cause of an error. What happens before you disconnect?

 

What qualifies as special items? I don't use anything out of the ordinary. Before I disconnect, I am unable to interact with the world. Chests don't open. I break blocks but they don't drop anything. Then I disconnect.[DOUBLEPOST=1458137713][/DOUBLEPOST]Although, I don't always connect either. Often times, I try to connect, but I either get stuck on the "Logging in..." screen or get "Timed Out." Rarely, I get a java.io.IOException error, but this is not nearly as common.

 

1. What Video card or integrated video do you have?
2. What version of Java are you running
3. Need a console log
   1. Make sure your complete out of minecraft and all launchers
   2. Using launcher of choice, launch Infinity
   3. Log in, have issue within 1 min, log out.
   4. Post log to pastebin.com
   5. Post link here
4. Also crash log if you crash please
