Done Connection lost

Hi im hoping someone can help me for the last few days ive been getting timed out constantly even when im doing something my connection is fine but the game seems to hate me lol, i tried getting on today and i got a message pop up saying connection lost fatally missing blocks and items.

 

are you running the same version as the server?

 

i dont think i was i removed the pack and redownloaded it and its working
