Implemented End Portal

I've asked a couple of times in game and none of the staff seem to know, so I am asking here. How is the end portal frame crafted? In TPPI it was magical crops ender essence, Monster had public portals, but I can't find anything on DW20. Your help is appreciated.

If that's the end portal I found, it's protected with no way in, at least, I couldn't said way in.

Find out who is claiming it with a stick.
Then Report them. This should not be allowed
