Done End Spawn

So in the End i have decided to do a build... Just decoration the End... Is there any chance to make it so only I can break or build block? @Mouro has witnessed me build it....

 

Also I ask that no one messes with it in the mean time....

 

What is possible is make the The End lobby, and just admins can change it. Just like spawn.

 

Its a farm world ...

 

Is there any way to protect it?
