I'm not sure if there is two End Portals on the map, however one of them is in the center of an underground base by Forrest1016. He also has a Enhanced Portal to the end. To find it or the enhanced portal code you could use Eyes of Enders or ask around. Beyond that I personally see no need to add an End Portal to or near spawn.
