Hey guys I was wondering if I can get feedback from my upcoming application. Even if I don't get it I would like feedback on what I could do to improve or get better. Thank you and thank you for your time.
Mostly like it from people I played with that know more about me but I am open to all suggestions thank you.
We do not give open feedback on applications, the only feedback you will receive is either an acceptance or denial letter from the managers.
I wasn't asking staff I was asking players if they think I would be a good staff and if not what I need to do to fix it. Even if they said I would be good it wasn't posted to push current staff in any way. Just wanna know what I need to work on
From past experience its very hard to know from the team what you need to improve upon. On the otherhand, unfortunately i couldnt say as i havent seen how helpful or the way you speak to other and deal with things. Also I dont know your knowledge of Modpacks. If it was me, id suggest getting to know your feel around MYM first, like just understanding how things work, watching and listening how staff work that sort of thing.
First of all, I have no idea who you are Try to become staff first, do some work and then ask for feedback. Firstly from your fellow staff members and maybe then from the community. While asking for feedback is not necessarily bad, it can also have its negatives. I remember a former mod or jr. mod who went down a similar route asking for feedback from players all the time and also trying to be everybody's darling. Don't do that.
Oh I won't go that far. As to be everyone's best friend but I'll be as nice as I can while still enforcing the rules even if I don't get accepted. But i know a lot about most of the main modpacks. And I mostly play project ozone and pixlemon atm.
"very hard", they go out of their way to only make the top reason known, none of the others, and if you ask there's no replies (souce: my 1 application from like a year ago, lol)
Once again I'm not asking about my staff application. I asked the players if they had any feedback from them if they have played with me regardless if I get the position or not. I just wanna know what I need to fix as a person.
Actually the Managers are pretty good about letting you know why. However they can't always go in to reasons as much of it is based on staff feedback which is private.
Ok. Thank you a yes or no would suffice for me. Most of the time if y'all deny me i would accept it. But this post has nothing to do with rushing or asking questions about my staff application.
Your app was posted Monday. It's currently not even 48 hours. Managers have a lot of work before a decision is made hence why it says 1 to 2 weeks for a reply.
Ik. I'm not asking any staff about my application. Or if I was denied or not. I just wanted player suggestions if they have played with me. I wanted there opinion on the matter.
