This is probably a redundant question but is the functionality of the Filler disabled completely? For example in my base I simply wish to use it to build walls but it would seem the functionality is disabled by the server. Is there a reason why it is so?
You should be able to use the filler in the overworld but you have to remove your claim so the filler can remove blocks
